Delivery for dough seems expensive - why is this?

The weight of play dough and water based products is quite substantial.  If you are a local customer or would like to make recurring orders (groups etc) you can contact me to discuss alternative methods.

When can I expect my items and how long is delivery?

I use Royal Mail for lighter and + Collect for heavier items, because it's more cost effective. Both take up to 3 working days.    

I firstly make all your products by hand wishing the week that I receive the order (lead times depend on demand).  Some items also require drying time. Therefore your items could take up to 10 working days to be delivered to you, however I aim for 7 working days.  Please contact me if you have a specific time frame or event in mind.

What is your Refund Policy?

As all our products are custom made to order and have a limited shelf life, we cannot offer a cool down period (refund within 14 days of your purchase).  We will, however of course be happy to provide refunds or replacements for any products that arrive faulty.   

Your happiness is very important to us, so should this occur, do please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will resolve it within a week.

Privacy Policy

We will not keep any data of yours unless you have opted for us to do so via the Birthday club or other subscriptions.  Tiny Land considers sharing of such data to be a violation of privacy and will not do so under any circumstances without your consent.  We will utilise your information solely to contact you regarding offers or giveaways and on occasion for market research.
